| The Educational Effectiveness Survey© (EES) is a research-based tool, developed using 22 years of research on organizational development, that measures the effectiveness of a school as an organization. The EES© is used as an informative and diagnostic tool, used to inform and support decisions for school improvement. The EES© is not a "climate survey." |
