Academic Achievement Portfolio Analysis
CEE creates customized reports for schools and districts that clearly display WASL, MAP, Dibels or other
data, and specializes indata disaggregated by ethnicity, gender, mobility, and programs -
ELL, Title I (poverty), Special Education.

The Educational Effectiveness Survey provides school leaders and staff with reliable and valid measurement based
on the characteristics of high performing schools. This survey also demonstrates cultural responsiveness, organizational
trust and district - all essential for improvement.

The Educational Effectiveness Survey for Staff
quantifies the strengths and opportunities for improvement in a school, based upon the Characteristics
of High Performing Schools. Leaders use the EES survey to inform and support school improvement decisions
in such areas as budget, staff development, curriculum, instruction and assessment practices.
EES Parent and EES Student surveys.
Understand the perceptions of parents and students! Both surveys are in alignment with the
EES Staff survey and measure parent and student perceptions of the school through the lens of
the 9 Characteristics. District "roll-ups" are available by school level (elementary, middle, high schools)
and for the district as one unit. When a district surveys all buildings, CEE includes the "roll-ups" at
no cost to the client. Surveys available in Spanish, Russian-Ukrainian, Punjab and English.
Leadership Development
Effective leadership is the key to successful school and district improvement. CEE provides data-driven formative
feedback for educational leaders - superintendents, principals and other administrators as defined by the ISLLC standards.
External Reviews
The Comprehensive School Review is a "deep dive" into the current reality of a school from multiple views of
data - staff, student, parent perceptual data on 9 Characteristics, student achievement, demographic, a
review/summary of artifacts and documents and a 2-day on-site interview process with staff, leadership, parents and
students (where appropriate) that produces recommendations for goal-setting and next steps.
