Who We Are People Who Get You. A Team That’s Got You.
Real educators and researchers who’ve sat where you sit, now working alongside your district to turn data into decisions and decisions into results.
Meet the TeamThe K-12 Partner Who Turns Perception Into Action
The Center for Educational Effectiveness helps school districts across Washington and beyond measure culture and climate, the perceptual data that shows what your students, staff, families, and community actually think and feel, and turn it into action built around your district’s specific needs. Our team is made up of former superintendents, principals, and researchers, so every recommendation we make is grounded in what actually works inside a school district.
A Culture and Climate Survey Partner Built From the Inside Out
You’re balancing limited time, limited staff, and high expectations. Here’s how our team shows up for you.
We Get You
Our team has led schools and districts, so we understand the daily tradeoffs behind every decision you make with your data.
We Are You
We’re former educators and researchers, not outside consultants working from a template. Your district’s context shapes every recommendation.
We’ve Got You
From your first conversation with us through implementation and beyond, you have a dedicated partner who stays engaged with your goals.
Real Solutions for the Challenges Districts Face Every Day
From survey design to actionable dashboards, our culture and climate work is built around the pressures district leaders actually face.
Turn Perception Into Direction
We collect, visualize, and interpret your perceptual data so it points directly to your next decision, not just another report.
Measure What People Really Think
Our culture and climate surveys capture how staff, students, families, and community actually experience your district, closing the gaps between perception and reality.
Build a Stronger Culture
We turn perception data into a shared, unifying view that closes the gaps between staff, students, families, and community.
Hear Every Voice
Our data can be broken out by stakeholder group, so no perspective gets lost in the average and every voice is represented.
Act on What You Learn
We don’t stop at the data. We help you translate results into a plan built around your district’s specific needs and priorities.
Track Progress Over Time
Ongoing survey administration, data dashboards, and leadership coaching that help you see whether your culture is trending in the right direction.
NTPS has been working with CEE to collect survey data from our students, staff, and community for a number of years now. This data helps inform our work and measure progress on many key indicators. It’s also essential for our principals as they develop school improvement plans to support students and staff. Over the years, CEE has continuously fine-tuned and improved their products to be increasingly intuitive and user friendly. Roni Rumsey has been a great partner, from pointing us in the right direction on the technical aspects of administering the survey to helping us interpret the data. Her annual trainings have provided insight and support to our school leaders as they’ve sought out thought partners in the process.Troy Oliver Assistant Superintendent of Operations, North Thurston Public Schools
