The EES Leadership 360 Survey™ is a comprehensive online tool that gathers a leader’s self-reported perceptions alongside feedback from peers, supervisors, and staff. The resulting report highlights a leader’s relative strengths and areas for growth aligned to the School Leader Paradigm (SLP) intelligences and the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL).
